What’s the difference between a Home Group and a Small Group?
Home Groups: These are groups which meet in homes and basically function as a mini-church. There may or may not be a common denominator among the people who attend (young couples, common neighborhood, etc.).
Small Groups: These are groups which meet in various locations. They may meet in a home, at church, or some other location. Members of the group have a particular common denominator which forms the basis for the group’s purpose. The common denominator could be grief support, single parents, men, women, etc. Content for the Bible study is usually related to the particular reason the group formed.
