DBI Fast Facts
The purpose of DBI is to equip believers with a general understanding of biblical theology and how to read, interpret and apply the Scriptures.
- The two or three year course of study includes six modules:
Grasping God’s Word Christ & Salvation
Knowing God The Spiritual Life
Humanity, Sin & Angels The Church & Coming Days
Teachers have included pastors, professors and missionaries from various churches. All have at least a Masters degree and some have a Doctorate.
- Modules run between 10-14 weeks each and are held on Sunday evenings at Davisville Church.
- Classes run for two hours each night and approximately four hours of outside work is expected for every two hours in class.
- The cost per module is $40 per student plus texts. Tuition money is used to pay teachers and to further develop resources for DBI.
- Grasping God’s Word
is required to be taken first. Modules two through six can be taken in any order.
