Since 1849, Davisville Church has had the passion to share the good news of Jesus Christ in our community and around the world. Davisville is a community of people from all walks of life who share a common purpose:
Fearlessly Loving God and People
We desire to see everyone come to experience the life-changing love and power of God through a personal relationship with His Son, Jesus. We invite you to join us in this journey of faith as we pursue God and His truth in an environment of grace.
What does it mean to fearlessly love God and people?
CONNECT: Love like family
From our Sunday morning gatherings to our Youth events, everyone is encouraged to pursue meaningful relationships. We want to regularly practice loving one another like family which includes spending consistent time together, mutual sacrifice, pursuing God through the scriptures, and serving together in our community.
GROW: Pursue Jesus with passion
All living things grow or they die. We believe growth begins and ends with the Gospel. The gospel teaches us to be gracious people who are seeking to live biblically centered lives. This growth journey involves intellectual knowledge of what the Bible says, and a heart desire to live it out and to humbly help others to do the same.
SHARE: Live on mission with God
God has given us all things to share. As we partner with one another, we each have opportunity to offer whatever God has given us back to Him and to each other to further His purposes. This lifestyle requires that we (the church) live among the people in our neighborhoods so that we can learn the needs of people and respond accordingly with blessing. This life of blessing involves giving our time, our abilities, our possessions, our message…all of us, so that others may be encouraged to know the God who desires a relationship with each of us.
